ePassporte opens poker sites to Visa purchases
What is ePassporte?
ePassporte Virtual Visa is a re-loadable Visa that can be used online anywhere that accepts Visa as a payment method.
However, this is for ONLINE USE ONLY.
ePassporte acts as third party check and balance system to protect poker sites from fraudlent account openings. The main purpose though is to allow deposits from your Visa credit card.
Currently Visa blocks online gambling transactions at most poker sites. So epassporte is a loophole that protects everyone. To obtain an ePassporte account you are not required to go through a credit approval process. You can just use your current Visa card. You can then make purchases at the poker sites listed below.
How do I deposit with my ePassporte?
If you don't have a ePassporte account you will need to sign up with them at http://www.epassporte.com.
You can deposit using epassporte into many poker sites. You can make transfers from your ePassporte account to a US Bank Account via the online checking system or by a bank wire transfer.
If you already have an ePassporte account with loaded funds:

2. Click on "Cashier" or similar button.
3. Click the "Deposit" button.
4. Click the ePassporte logo to select this purchase method.

9. You should then see or receive via email, an 'Order approved' notification once your transaction has been approved and the funds will be available in your poker account.

ePassporte charges a 5% fee whenever you load money into your ePassporte account (minimum fee is $5). For example, if you load $50 into your ePassporte account, you will only have $45 of that amount available for deposit in your poker account. If you load $200, you will have $190 available.
