Full Tilt Poker Affiliate Program Review
People are making money online doing a vast number of different things. Its time you become an entreprenuer too. People are promoting dating sites, selling seeds, hocking baby products and the list goes on and on.
How about poker? Yes you can be an entreprenuer in the world of online poker. Not just plain old poker at your buddies house. Online poker.
One way to make money with online poker is becoming a poker affiliate. You need to sign up to become a poker affiliate before being able to earn any money.
My favorite online poker affiliate program is Full Tilt Poker's. For many reasons, but the most important reason is that they have the most celebrity players and they are extremely popular online and offline. You may have noticed many of their pros on the different poker shows wearing their Full Till hats and shirts.
With an enormous offline and online presence its easy to promote FTP. This is why I consider it the best poker affiliate program available. If you want to read my own review of Full Tilt Poker you can, but this page is centered on the affiliate side.
If you already know you want to be an affiliate for Full Tilt Poker than you can sign up here and skip the rest of the story.
How do you do it?
Before I tell you how to do it, the first thing you should know is what you are doing. Essentially you are
referring people to an online poker room, that being Full Tilt Poker, and the money that is raked from the pots on each hand adds up and Full Tilt Poker
gives the affiliate a percentage of that rake earned.
What are the requirements?
You must be 21 years of age to be eligible.
Are there any costs to sign up?
No. To sign up is free. 100% no up front cost to you. Just remember you have to send Full Tilt players to get paid and those players have to either deposit real money to earn on a CPA basis, or play real money hands to earn on raked hands or PRP sometimes known as MGR.
How Full Tilt Poker Affiliates Get Paid
There are two options when signing up.
1. CPA = Cost per aquisition. This means that as an affiliate for Full Tilt you will earn a one time payment for each new real money depositing player you refer. I am not on this plan. The first 10 players you bring in a month is good for $65 each and $75 there after.
2. PRP = Percentage Revenue Plan. This means that you will earn a percentage share of the gross revenue for every new player you refer to Full Tilt Poker for that account's lifetime. Sounds tantalizing, but know that many players drop off and don't play forever. However, many play for years and years. I chose this option.
So those are your payment options. Now this is how you get paid. For every $10,000 in gross revenue for the month you will earn 20%. Then for everything above $10,000 you will earn 25%.
